Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate a business, manipulate activity counts, submit harmful content, or interfere with the service. We may restrict abuse and remove inaccurate or inappropriate content.

Suggestions, claims, and updates

You must have permission to submit information and represent a brand. You allow us to review submissions and publish accepted public content. Ownership claims require evidence and manual review; approval is not a guarantee of quality. Editorial acceptance does not promise a publication date.

Paid promotion

This release is a free beta. Paid subscriptions and checkout are disabled. Ownership requests do not authorize a payment. Any later paid service will require an explicit checkout at a disclosed price.

Refunds and billing questions

No payment is collected during the free beta. Any paid release will publish its refund and cancellation policy before accepting purchases.

Ending your account

Use your account’s Security section to export your data or request deletion, or contact support if you cannot sign in. Cancel any paid subscription first. We may suspend or terminate access for unlawful use or material breaches, and you may contact support to question a decision. Governing law

French law governs these terms. Consumers retain the mandatory protections available under the applicable law of their habitual residence. Mandatory court-jurisdiction rules remain applicable. Mandatory rights and protections continue to apply.

Availability and responsibility

The beta may change and experience interruptions. We aim to keep it useful and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular commercial result, or the accuracy of third-party information. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
